1. SHIPPING COSTS We are pleased to offer you free premium shipping for all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. PROCESSING TIME After receiving your order, we require 1 to 3 business days to prepare your item for shipment, perform quality assurance, and securely package it. You will receive a notification as soon as the package leaves our facility.

3. DELIVERY TIME The estimated delivery time is:

  • Germany, Austria, Switzerland: 7 to 12 business days.

  • International: 10 to 15 business days. Please note that there may be slight delays during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

4. TRACKING As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to follow the status of your delivery online at any time.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES Since we ship internationally, in rare cases customs fees or import taxes may apply once the package reaches your destination country.

  • For customers in the EU: We make every effort to organize shipping in a way that avoids additional costs for you. Should charges nevertheless apply, please contact our support team.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES All our shipments are insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@healviacompressionsocks.com, and we will take care of a replacement delivery or refund right away.
