GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. SCOPE
For all business relations between Healvia (operated by FIORANZO LLC) and the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in their version valid at the time of the order. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
3.2. By clicking the "Buy" / "Submit Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
3.3. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in the separate Return Policy on our website.
Note: No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the proper return of a product.

5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages are final prices.
5.2. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this also includes partial deliveries).
5.3. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases (e.g., customs duties or import sales tax) for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered during checkout.
6.2. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. DELIVERY AND RETENTION OF TITLE
7.1. Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer.
7.2. The goods remain the property of FIORANZO LLC until full payment of the purchase price.

8. WARRANTY
8.1. Statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
8.2. Any additional warranty terms are listed on our dedicated warranty page. These terms do not limit your statutory warranty rights.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should one or more provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain unaffected.
